请问减肥期间晚上实在太饿 水果太凉胃不好 是中午多吃点▥ 还是晚上照吃但是少吃点??

中午多吃,晚上少吃
中午吃的可以下午消化掉,晚上吃的大多数就会变脂肪

实在饿的话可以使用啤酒酵母粉等可以饱腹的粉粉,最好不要代餐,最好用在饭前,早晨可以多吃中午吃饱就好,晚上最好以清淡为主,最好是喝一碗杂粮粥,营养物质丰富,再配上煮青菜或者少油的炒菜之类的!
附:晚上尽量不去饭店吃饭!油脂含量超高的!
